The Final Release!
9/3/10

Pokemon Black and White It's been a long wait, but we have an 'official' release date of Pokemon Black and White! The Japanese version of both games, according to The Japanese Pokemon website, Pokemon Black and White are to hit shelves on September 18th, 2010! This will be a huge transformation in Pokemon, introducing many new characters and battle aspects. With this new news, I have made a countdown timer on this page to add a bit of anticipation to the event. When this game is released, Pokerealm will be hosting a NFE playthrough on the Official YouTube Channel, where all the new Pokemon and video game plots will be played, all using only NFEs in the player's party! Don't forget to check it out when it gets released!

Black and White News, Manaphy Event
8/16/10

Pikachu in the Dream World
Pikachu in the Dream World
I apologize for the slow news update. Life and other work for the site has kept me really busy.

All you lucky dogs who managed to get their greasy, Pokemon-loving hands on a Japanese version of Diamond, Pearl, and/or Platinum are in for a treat. From August 13th 2010 to September 12th 2010, you can connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi to get a free Manaphy! For those of you who aren't so go-getting, the .pcd and .pgt files are in the event downloads section on here!
The Manaphy will be level 50 in a Cherish Ball knowing the moves Aqua Ring, Water Pulse, Water Sport, and Heart Swap. It will hold a Lansat Berry and will be Impish nature.

Imagine. A world of dreams. Where Pokemon run free for you to befriend to make them appear in Isshu or just catch them in this world. Where you can grow berries, which are unable to grow in the Isshu region. Where you can obtain items and trade them with friends. Where you can even have your own dainty, little house on a small, floating island. This world exists. It's called the Dream World.
How does one gain access to the Dream World? Well, you have to go to Mokoma (English name unknown at the time of this artcle)'s house and sleep in the bed that is there. You then use the Dream Smoke obtained from Musharna(English name unknown at the time of this artcle) to sync up the game to your Pokemon Global Link account.

Catching Pokemon
While you're walking around in the Dream World, you'll occasionally encounter many varieties of Pokemon. These Pokemon are not found within the Isshu region, since they are native to the Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh regions. Befriending the Pokemon will allow you to catch them in a certain area of Isshu, but in the Dream World, they are much easier to catch.

These Pokemon will have different abilities than the Pokemon you transfer from other games, such as Vaporeon having Hydration and Glaceon with Ice Body.

So far, ten Pokemon have been recorded to be available for capture through special events: All of Eevee's evolutions and the Kanto starters. The Eeveelutions are available once you complete Daisuki Club's mini-game, the Pokemon Labyrinth, and you sync your Global Link account to your Daisuki Club account. To obtain the Kanto starters, you must have one of the three passwords from the book Pokemon Peer and enter them into Global Link.

Berry Growing
Let's hope you have a green thumb. In Isshu, berries are unable to grow, so the only way to grow them is to grow them via the Dream World. It's not that hard and is very much the same as growing berries in the other games. Once the berries are done growing, you can send them back to your game.

Collecting and Trading Items
In the Dream World, there are various games you can play to collect items. You will also find shelves in which you can put your items on to trade with friends. At any point within the game, you can resync and go back to the specific area of Isshu to collect any items you have sent over. Your House
In the Dream World, upon a floating island, is a house. Not an abandoned house, as it looks new and oddly placed. You decide to make it your own. You can use any decorations you want. You can also sync your house up to your friends' houses so that your Pokemon to play with each other. You have to allow your friends access to the items you put on your shelf, though.

Enigma Stone Event Announced!
7/28/10

Latias after obtaining the Enigma Stone Between July 31st and August 22nd, players will be able to download the Enigma Stone, via Wi-Fi, to their Pokemon HeartGold or SoulSilver game. This item will activate the Latios/Latias event, depending on which game you're playing. By bringing the stone to Pewter City, you can obtain a Soul Dew, and meet Latias (in SoulSilver) or Latios (in HeartGold) just outside of the museum. Of course, Pokerealm will have this item added to the event downloads section when it comes out, although for now it's just easier to download it.

Update 7/31-The .pcd file is available for download in the Event Pokemon section!
